Customize Header

Hello,

Great theme. On my website https://obgynpavilion.com/ on the top right in the header there is an area that says "Logout" I'd like to know if it's possible to customize that area.

Basically I want to change the text so that it lists a phone number as well as a button which links to a certain page.

as we see, there is no "Logout" area on this page. Also this website is not created within Be.
