Adding a sidebar where MuffinBuilder is not used

I have added a Learning Management System to my site called LifterLMS and it offers a couple specific widgets that can be added to the sidebar. Since my pages across the site do not use side bars, just full width, is there a snippet of code for me to add a sidebar on this specific page? Normally, I would just use the muffin builder and select the option for sidebar, but i don't have any of the muffin builder options in this LMS. Any suggestions on creating the sidebar on a specific page?
