Can't dismiss the Plugin Installation Notice

As the title says; The Recommend Plugin installation notice don't disappears after I click the "Dismiss the notice" Link:

http://URLwp-admin/nav-menus.php?action=edit&menu=2&tgmpa-dismiss=dismiss_admin_notices

Any ideas?
