menu not compatible Jetmenu megamenu?

Hi,
I have installed Jetmenu Megamenu, but when i'm on responsive
view, i see 2 burger, your first one and if i click on them, the second
burger appears.
I have contact Jetmenu support and there's his answer :Dear customer,

Our developers have examined the issue
and found out it is caused by the theme's styles. The theme itself makes
container into a burger on the mobile resolution, and then JetMenu styles make
it also a hamburger. It is a feature of the theme which adds an extra burger on
mobile resolution. 

We can't solve this problem, as it
depends on the theme in which container the hamburger menu is placed. 

Hoping for Your understanding.

Can you help to resolve my problem, if you can't i must desactived your theme and choose another one.
