How to insert a bullets lists

maybe it seems a stupid question, but I can't find this shortcode option in the content field.

There are some shortcodes available, but not what I need.

Can u help me please?

bullets list can be created within simple html tags of course, as we explained on http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#muffin-builder (point 14))
