This is an image and you can't change it's color within css. To do this, you must replace current image on FTP, with your own. Image is located in images/blockquote.png
another colour question if I may. How do I change the colour of the 'top of page' link in the footer. If you look at http://www.wimbledonosteopaths.co.uk/ you'll see that it's a blue inverted v on a blue background so not visible. I'd like to change the inverted v to white.
