Helper issue

The problem concerns the HELPER shortcode operation - after adding the image code and returning to add any content, the helper refreshes and removes all content. 

We've added the code <i class = "icon-down-open"> </ i> in the helper title. 

Please help :-)

we tested it and it works fine, the icons appears, please do not use spaces in the code, past it like this:
<i class="icon-down-open"></i>
