Zigzag line not displaying in Chrome or IE

On my site I used the zigzag divider option.
Displaying fine in FF, but not Chrome or IE.

Happening on all pages, except home page (where there isn't a zigzag)

We checked on all browsers and it looks fine, if you want to make sure that it is visible on all browsers we suggest not using this VC builder item. The zig-zag line is somehow code generated, it is not a image, screen:

Just make a screenshot and paste that line as an image.
