Upholsterer theme Page & Post Header Space issue
How do I lower the Page and Post Title header areas so that they show up lower, below the navigation menu? Thanks!

go to theme options>header&subheader>subheader and change the padding values, example:
100px 0 200px 0 - this will give you 100px padding top, 0px padding right, 200px padding bottom and 0px padding left.
