1. We need screenshot with explanation in this case because we have no idea what you mean. Also we need url to your website.
2. We are not sure what is exactly wrong on those screenshots but if you mean those very large screens, like 4K or whatever, then theme won't be full width on those screenshots. Be, like each other theme got wrapper and whole content is wrapped into fixed wrapper width.
#1 Because this is how theme was created. Slider is not inside wrapper, but footer is. That's it.
#2 You setup full width section, so this image is full width and can't be inside wrapper unfortunately. But to remove padding from the bottom section you must edit Section item because you setup 50px of bottom padding. http://snag.gy/Vo98H.jpg
#3 We have checked your logo and is responsive for sure. But what is the page where you have this subheader title which is not responsive?

1. Do you mean to setup image full width as background? Or just image centered on page?
2. To activate responsive mode, go to Theme options > Getting started > General section and just turn on Responsive.
