I am getting content in menu

Surprisingly I am getting content displayed in navigation item. Can you please guide me how to remove it

Hi,

probably you have description for each menu item uploaded into "Description" field under each menu item in Appearance > Menus section. If you don't see this field, please click in right top corner on "Screen options" button and under this section you will be able to activate this field.
