Adjusting the left side of the margin

Dear Betheme,

My site name is at http://caf.5cb.myftpupload.com/14-2/

I would like to make the left margin narrower of the individual post page but I can't seem to find where to change it. 

Are there any custom CSS to change it?

Please advise and let me know. Thanks!

you can change the grid width in theme options>global>general
There is no option to change the left margin.
