Website doesn't reflect updates in Safari

Hi,

We are having issues with the website not reflecting updates that were made to a page/widget, etc. Currently, it happens in Safari only. We're not using any cache plugins.

This used to happen in all browsers, and at one point it got really bad. I had to disable all plugins to troubleshoot, and the website didn't notice the change and kept performing like all plugins were active. I've restarted the server. After this the website started to show updates, however the issue still persists in Safari.

Do you know what might be causing this?
