Remove background color from navigation menu in footer

How do I remove the dark grey background from the menu items in the footer and the teal block hover color.

Can the text itself be the teal color on hover?

Hi,
you can use this css to hide the background

#Footer .widget_mfn_menu ul li a {
	background: transparent !important;
  border:none;
}

Other colors can be changed in theme options>colors>footer
