Animation on images not working anymore

Hello Muffins!

my question today is about animations of images that used to work some time ago and maybe after some updates or something are not working anymore.

Nothing absolutely necessary, but as I am not aware of having done anything myself, I wonder if I can make the animation work again.

You can have an example here:

the image "Tonkin & C" was set with the "Zoom In" animation, but at my side I am not having the animation working anymore.

Same thing in all the pages where I set this effect.

How comes? And can I restore it?

Hi Valeria,
it was probably caused by a plugin. Try disabling all plugins and clearing browser cache, then check if they still work.

Ok, I will. But what should I do then? Shall I reinstall the plugins? 

Maybe you know that deactivating the plugins and reactivating them over again, the behaviors get fixed...

I guess I should try and see if the problem is over by disabling the plugins one by one, right?

No, we mean that you should disable all of the plugins and then check if this made a difference.
Reactivating them will give us no information nor will it fix it.

I have done what you suggest. disabled ALL the plugins. 

Sorry to tell you that it hasn't made the animation work again...

Your advise is welcome

May I reactivate the plugins while you try and give other suggestions?
