Hello, we are having problems with the maps on our website. All the data is entered and when you load the page you can see the map where we want it to be (and pointing to the marked area) but at 3 seconds it indicates that there is a problem and removes it.

We have tried to add an API but keep doing the same.

Hi,
please enter the API key in theme options>global>advanced
Make sure the key is correct
Check in your google account that the API is set to your domain name.

We have already done that, we have included the API and we have reviewed on numerous occasions that the API is correct, and it is. And it still does not work (and it's starting to happen to us in more pages that we created)

We just tried to change the type of map. The "Advanced map" does not work, however putting a "map basic" yes. but we are interested in putting the styles like we would have in the "Advanced", how would we do so that it would work?

Send us a working link for website and links for pages which this maps doesn't works.

Also please before it disable all the plugins.

It seems like API key is not corrected.

Please be sure that this key is pasted correctly without blank spaces or anything.

Or try using our item "Map Basic" which not require API from google, just Iframe.
