hi, this is my job on the HTML template: this is the original product (https://themeforest.net/item/betheme-html-responsive-multipurpose-template/13925633) and is very strange cause as you can see all the templates sold are the same of your product : https://themeforest.net/item/betheme-responsive-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/7758048

so I thought it was a product of yours

We do not know what do you want us to do exactly?
The HTML template is not ours, you can check the theme author on both products.
If you did not buy the wordpress betheme template then you do not have support.
