Search results is not showing product thumbnail

Hello, best support ever.

I have an website that doesnt show product thumbnails when i make an search in "menu icon". If I use the widget in sidebar, it works

2-) Is there how put a widget shortcode in menu?

    Hello,
    1. Please go to theme options>header&subheader>extras and click on the search dropdown option. There choose to search products only. The default search option will not show the thumbnails.
    2. There is no space for a widget in the menu.
