The Print Function

The Print Function is not extracting the article and it's resulting in access white spaces and in Top please assist with the CSS. we only want the plugin to print the main content excluding the sidebars and main Menu.

Sorry, but we did not test this script/plugin with the theme. Our policy states that we do not support third party plugins or custom code so unfortunately, we cannot be of any help to you.
Also, we cannot recommend any plugins other than the ones we support. You can find the list on this page, in the sidebar:

Hi, 

The initial support request wasn't put across correctly. We are not asking for you to support a third-party plugin.

The template does not hide CSS when we attempt to print a page on our website and its resulting in a lot of unwanted content, e.g menus and white spaces being printed. Is there a way of extracting just the page artlcle we want printed and not the other page contents.

Sorry but printing is up to the user/browser. It is not theme related. You would have to write custom code to tell to the browser what to print.

That's a very cold answer, especially considering the fact that I payed for support not once but twice and when you sell your themes in the public domain please note that you're not selling to developers with a deep understanding of code. 

If your template can not render printer friendly pages say so and don't tell me about user/browser stuff.

If you can't reposnd properly please get some else on your team to assist.

What you ask for, requires files customization what in reference to Item Support Policy is not allowed. So if you want to modify files and don't know how, you should contact your web developer. Item Policy says:
