Can dropdown menu appear over the container?

Can dropdown menu appear over the container?  See below image in regards to the issue.  It is only showing 3 of my dropdowns items but there should be 5.

It is the frenectomies tab that has the issue.  Works great on the homepage because a slider is in place, but all other pages have it cut off by the container.

Please first disable all plugins and update your theme to the newest version.

Thank you for the info.  This was actually caused by my child theme header, but that has now been adjusted & is working properly now.
