How to stop logo becomes smaller when scroll down and add menu text background color?
Not want logo to become smaller when scroll down, how to fix ?
Also, if the menu text "sign up" we want to add background color how?

this is the sticky header, you should disable it in theme options>header&subheader>header and choose the FIXED header style so the menu will always look the same when scrolling down.
Send a link for the page so we can see the sign up menu item.
