We were wondering if it was possible to have a custom blog when displaying the log under a page (ex. Grid, Masonry, etc.)? We had a certain style in mind that we would like to try implementing and adding to that option selection, if possible.

sorry but there is no easy way to do that. You would have to code and edit the files.
We do not help with these kinds of file modifications.
