WooCommerce not recognised

I have installed Woo commerce and the theme is not recognising it. Yet all the options are working it says "Shop requires free WooCommerce plugin. Install plugin" but its installed. The cart icon isn't working I presume that is because it doesn't recognise the install. 

HELP

Don't really want to have to uninstall as I have it full of data.

Add something to the basket and then click on the Cart on the top menu it loads the homepage.

Also it does the same if to you add and click the Cart or Checkout Button on the sidebar

e.g. http://www.arthurwindsor.co.uk/product-category/meats/

Hi,
the plugin is installed and working.
You did nto configure the plugin correctly, you have to set the shop page and go to woocommerce option to create basket, checkout etc. pages.
