Exclude Category from Muffin Recent Posts Widget

Hi - I'd like to exclude a category from being displayed in the Muffin Recent Posts widget. I've excluded that category from the blog page via Theme Options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Blog. I would also like to exclude it from the Muffin Recent Posts widget, and can't seem to locate an option to do so. Can you please point me in the right direction?
