BeTheme Dashboard is missing after website migration

Hello,

    I recently switched hosting to a new company so I migrated my website and database to the new server. It seems that I am now missing the BeTheme Dashboard. I have multiple BeTheme user licenses and I am trying to figure out which one is on this site but I can not. When I go to the page that tells me the registered domains for my licenses only 2 licenses are showing up but I own 3 and the website in question is not on the list. Please help. Thanks

we do not know how you moved the website, please use this plugin to transfer wordpress websites:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
If you are having problems with managing your keys, we sugest using this tool:

this is not helpful. I already used this tool and it only is listing 2 licenses when I own 3.

Well, if it is listing 2 licenses, and you own 3 then it must be that you only have 2 registered.
Maybe the third license belongs to a different user name?

If you still think otherwise then we will check your license key in our database manually.
To do that, send us a message with your license key and explain your issue.
