White space below footer

How do I remove the white space below the footer.  I have tried padding.

Hi,
it only shows when you are logged in. Try updating the theme to the newest version.
This is a browser issue.

Based on my testing it happens even when I am not logged in across all browsers.  I will update the theme to see if that helps.
