Portfolio paging not working

Hello,

I've been working with the theme for a few months, and it works like a charm, except for now that I have more items in my portfolio (http://fotoen360.com/portafolio/) and it needs to load a second page which can't be accessed, it returns a 404 message, I've updated the theme (today) and it didn't solve the problem.
My permalinks are set to "post name" which I asume is the right setting.

Please let me know if there's something I can fix from the admin.

    Hi,
    have you changed the permalinks in theme options>portfolio?
    Also did you set the portfolio page correctly.
    Try to disable all plugins and check again.

    I've changed the name of the portfolio's page so it won't be the same that the portfolio item and it worked just fine.
