Specific portfolio in the portfolio grid in the homepage

In this homepage http://www.dreampackerswedding.com I've used the portfolio grid with 3 preview. My client wants to see there 3 specific portfolio in this section (the "photo album" marika e davide; eva; lea perla e gabriel). Is it possible to do that?

The only method I can think of is to create an additional category jsut for those 3 portfolios and display only this category.
