Theme breaks after using mfn_hook_top

Hi, 

I am trying to put a booking engine over the top bar (mfn_hook_top), but when I put the code, provided by the booking engine developers, some texts of the website disappear and on others changes the style. (parallax disappears, tabs break, the alignment of the menu etc.) It broke the Revolution slider but I fix it by switching on Put JS Includes To Body.

HI,
the best way to put JS scripts is in theme options>SEO regardless the field names.
Remember to place the JS scripts in <script> tags
