URGENT - the sidebars disappear

we have made a website with betheme and the sidebars disappear. we leave the link: https://www.alardedeirun.com/

it is a subject that we can not solve, we fix it and then it is dismantled again. Can we talk in a faster way? Is the website published?

make sure that the sidebars name does not have any special characters, only url firendly names.

the names are ok, we have a lot of sidebars diferentes (maybe 20). Some days are ok, but sudenly desappear all of the sidebars. And when we go to de widgets area this sidebars, are ok, but his content are desappear.

Please go to your FTP, create a php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us a link to that file privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link.
