I want to make the top bar full width (in this moment is it like this) and the header not to be full width.

How should I do this?

sorry but this will be not possible to do, they are both in the same container.

Then is it possible to change the containers?

Yes, you would have to rebuilt the whole header theme files and practically rebuilt a small portion of the theme so we suggest not doing that.
