Change Post Header color

Hi

I have created a page to display all my posts: http://townofbauline.ca/latest-news/

How do I change the color of my post headings. Right now they are black, but I would like it to be blue instead.

this should be changeable in the VC plugin, but you can use this css

.vc_custom_heading h4 {
	color:blue !important;
}
