item button on responsive layout

Hi, I have a problem with a button in home page of my website: https://www.yugenfengshui.it/
I have insered a button "Leggi Tutto" in home page, under first image.
When i try to resize a browers or view website on my smartphone, button "Leggi Tutto" change size, but not as I want :-(
Is it possible apply a custom css for single page to adjust the button size when layout is "tablet" or "smartphone" ?
I would like to make a smaller button appear.

when website is on smartphone I would like a smaller button, not like now.
Is it possible modify css only when website is view on smartphone?
