Running latest wordpress and betheme as in may 2018

Í'm having a hard time trying to use wordpress embeds (oembeds) with both Muffin's Builder Visual Editor and/or Columns 

When i paste any Youtube URL on the visual editor it becomes the video player itself, as expected, but only on the admin side. When the page is published there's only a blank space, no code is rendered, not even a link as it is described as the fallback on the wordpress documentation.

Please, how can i use embeds in the muffin builder?

Hey there, 

Actually, i've used the Youtube sample in the OP because it would help more people find this question that's actually about embeds, in general manner. 

My specific need is to embed issuu.com magazines (and for the record, all other wordpress embeds) so i think the video item won't help.

Sorry but this will be not possible. Only the embeds that have an <iframe> could work.
This player is not supported.

I'm wondering if theres any documentation on Muffin Builder so i can try to create an extra shotcode / item based on the video one, but for issuu using a child theme. 

Do you think this is possible? Can you tell me wich files should i look.
