Can't get passed "Installing Plugin Layer Slider (4/6)"

Been trying for a while now and I cannot get the plugins to install on "Siteground" hosting (Go Geek). Has anyone had this issue? It's driving me nuts!

please first disable all plugins and install them one by one.
This could be the hosting limits.
