How best publish old tables in new design?

Hi

I have old content with obsolete tables. How is best possibility publish this in new - responsive design? 

As ilayer or ?  for browsing table is best to have horizontal slider available when no whole width is visible

sorry but there is no possibility to export/import the old websites built with tables to a new design.
You have to built it from the ground up.
