Add PayPal Button to Menu Area

How might I be able to add a Paypal button to the upper right portion of my website? Like, in place of the search magnifying glass?

I'm currently using the "PayPal Donations" plugin by Johan Steen with a shortcode [paypal-donation] on my donation page. It places a small yellow button.

The website is mapdf.org. Thank you!

HI,
sorry but we do not support third party plugins and there is no possibility to add another button to the header using the theme options.

Is there any way to replace the search function in the header with a paypal icon and then link that icon to Paypal..... without using a third party plugin?
