as I remove some elements of the publication in the blog I do not want to appear

yes, this can be removed of course within below css:

.blog .post-meta { display: none; }
.post-footer .button-love { display: none; }

thanks I see several css css folder in which files should I change?

Each custom css should be pasted into Theme options > Layout > Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS section.

Above css does not work because currently it is not blog page as you did not selected this page in Settings > Reading section.
