Unable to deregister using the Muffin Group tool

Hi,

Yesterday, I installed the Be|theme on a temporary site ([Links visible only for registered users]). When I noticed that the SSL certificate was not on the account, GoDaddy could only add it to the permanent site. I tried to use your tool to deregister the theme, but it says I first must remove the files from the temporary site.

Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the temporary GoDaddy site, now that I've switched--and can't install the theme on the permanent site ([Links visible only for registered users]). Please help!

Hey,
you would have to use the contact form and send us a private message with your license key added and explain your issue there.
You can send it privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at [Links visible only for registered users] and we will check what might be the reason.
