Menu, slider, and theme options page not working

We have upgraded theme, plugins and wordpress, tried without theme and working ok, on the front end - have removed all plugins also.

Issues include the menu, slider and theme options not working, also the page editor is showing incorrectly?

You are using the metaslider and we do not support this plugin.
