How to install default demo. I am not getting menu options in responsive.

Theme is really difficult

looks like you never checked documentation or this is your 1st time with wordpress. We guarantee that this theme is very easy. To import one of the demos, please take a look at http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/1064/how-to-re-create-one-of-full-demo-pages-betheme-demo-data where we explained how 1 click installation feature works. Load more are available under Theme options > Getting started > Blog and Theme options > Getting started > Portfolio sections. But mailchimp is external plugin and must be installed just like any other external plugin.

Action bar background color is available under Theme options > Colors > Menu & Action bar section.

What exactly is wrong after import demo data? Please show us because we have no idea what exactly does not work.

I have installed woocommerce and pizza theme both. but how to mege both dn't know...

Please be more specific because we don't understand your question. As you see on demo, Be|Pizza does not have WooCommerce functionality integrated itself so you must install this plugin and configure yourself.
