Slider Revolution update?

We updated to the latest theme version, 20.9.2.1. Now the Slider Revolution does not work. And we cannot update the plugin Slider Revolution anymore. Does not the theme come with this plugin, and a separate license for this plugin should not be necessary, or?

what do you mean it does not work, the plugin or the slider in the front end?

Hello,

We cannot install plugin. It got inactivated before. We removed it to reinstall it via theme but this does not work.

Thank you. That was the problem. The license was added to the subdomain beta.travelshop.se, thus even if it was shown as registered at travelshop.se, but in fact it was beta.traveslhop.se.

I need to keep that i mind for future projects when we develop sites using subdomains.
