License key issues

Hi I installed the theme but then noticed it was linked to an IP address so I deregistered and tried adding back the license but it won’t work how do I fix this

Hi How do I get license key if lost

can you email me my license key again and not just close the ticket

the error I get when I trey install a theme  is Can not get domain name.

You can simply log in to your themeforest account and download the license key in a PDF from the download tab.

Which file are you trying to install?
