Not able to update theme

Hi there, 

I have the new version of the Envato plugin installed on my site, 2020pestintervention.com and am not able to update the theme like I have been able to in the past. I have Betheme installed in my other site 2020pi.net and I was able to update it yesterday just fine. When I go to update the theme it says: An error occurred while updating Betheme: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.

Can you please advise? Thank you!

this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain.
Please use this tool to manage your license keys:

Hi Bryan, 

I have two websites that use BeTheme but each one has their own license key (I bought the theme twice) so unfortunately that isn't it. Unless I misunderstood your original reply message, can you please provide me with another solution?

Actually, I checked the tool, and it says the license which is supposed to be for 2020pestintervention.com is under the temporary domain name http://f7b.ed4.myftpupload.com that I build the website on. Does this mean I have to deregister the license with the temporary domain and then re-register it with the correct domain name of 2020pestintervention.com? If so, can you please explain how to do this?

You have probably moved the website with the license key, you should deregister the theme before you move the website.

Please deregister the key on the old and new domain, then register it again on the new domain.

If the old website was deleted, use the license tool we provide to deregister the key
