Problem wit WPBakery. Update?
Hello everyone,
i have a problem with included WPBakery Page Builder.
BeTheme is on latest version (20.9.3) an registered with license.
WPBakery Page Builder also is on the latest version (5.4.7).
Everytime i try change something in the Theme Options it doesn't save.
I also get this notification:
"Important notice: You have an outdated version of WPBakery Page Builder Design Options. It is required to review and save it.
The button underneath this notice "Open Design Options" is bringing me to a page saying "Unfortunately you are not allowed to access this page.
So i can't save because i have an outdated version but my WPBakery is running on the latest version?
Also tried do to uninstall and reinstall WPBakery but still the same notice.

Please go to your FTP, create a php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us a link to that file privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link.
