Helper Shortcode

I had 2 items in my helper shortcode with HTML tags - just  basic code list like < ul> <li>

For some reason , the 1st item will only show first 3 lines of the content. 

AT first , it successfully saved and show the full content BUT the content in the 1st item will disappear each time I edit the page and I have to re add the 1st item content all over again.

Any idea why ? Thank You

Please always attach a link so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost) then our help will be limited, you will have to contact us when the page is online. Also please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.
It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot, for that use services like snag.gy or pasteboard.co
