Building a store on a sub domain

I have not built an ecommerce site before but I have figured out that I need to build it on a sub domain under my regular non-commerce site at Bluehost. I have a BeTheme license for our regular site. Do I need another license for the subdomain? The two sites will be linked together but the store will be able to stand on its wn with its own SEO. 

I tried adding WooCommerce to my existing site but I couldn't control the aesthetics. I want the store to look entirely different. I will upload WP to the sub - then will I be able to install the theme again on the sub?

Hi,

if you register the key on the main domain then you will be able to use the same license key on unlimited subdomains or subfolders.
