Can't Update required plugins from WordPress

Hi BeTheme, 

After updating theme (activated random theme, deleted yours, reuploading latest theme file) , I faced issues with revolution slider, only displaying shortcode (http://www.mytower.fr/). 

I then saw that it was required to update plugins (Revolution Slider et WP Bakery) and when trying to do so in Wordpress, here is the message I get:

Installation de la dernière version…

L’archive n’a pas pu être installée. Ce paquet ne contient aucun fichier.

La mise à jour de l’extension a échoué.

Meaning it did not work in French. 

As I assume update will fix slider issue, Can you tell me what is the trick to update plugins ?

Hey,

please disable all plugins and then try to update the slider plugin.

Hi There, 

I just disabled all plugins, but it won't update: same issue http://www.mytower.fr/

Weirdly the slider is back but plugin is Not updated and new responsive issue is still there ;/

Betheme is used for 1 domain only! 

Revolutions sliders are not desplaying on website since a week what should we do now ?

I'm sorry to insist but this is urgent situation, Website will be live on a show by tomorrow, on backend SLIDER REVOLUTIONS it says Installed But Not Activated, Requires Update
