Mouseover effect

Hello Dearest Team,

We are using boxes to display content just after banner. Check the link: http://www.convertemarketing.com.br/projetos/oculart/

 We would like to implement mouseover effect in this boxes. When the mouse is over the box it could have som effect such as: zoom in, highlight or shadow.

How can I achieve that?

It isn't possible with collumns.

Try to make it using items.
