Releasing of "used" registration

We started dev on a server that has since been shutdown. The licence for the theme is still registered to that old install. I cannot Uninstall it. Please help. Need to get this moving asap.

Hello Bryan

I have tried doing this, but as the original install is no longer live I am not able to deregister it. I no longer have access to the original site install. Can someone on your team deregister this key manually?

I do not have access to the old site. Not at all. How can I get the key back without this tool you are pushing? Can you not release the key on your side?
